Michigan DVT Prevention Council was found in December 2009, where we met up and selected our officers for the year. We then became incorporated in August 2010. Michigan DVT Prevention Council (MDVTPC) knows about this health care crisis, and wants to help fight against it. The council was formed to help raise awareness and funds for ongoing support and research to help find a cure for DVT. We are also here to help honor and recognize those who have fought the fight of this life threatening disorder and survived, and for those who were less fortunate and the a cure did not come soon enough. This is just not a council, we are about passion, we are about prevention, and we are about survival. |
